These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions of Sale") explain your rights and obligations in relation to any purchase, order, receipt, or delivery of any product from McKechnie Marketing through this website ("website").

Price and Payment Terms

For orders placed on this website, McKechnie Marketing accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, and Switch or PayPal.

 Goods can also be purchased from McK Direct via McKechnie Marketing which can be paid for over the telephone by credit / debit card or via BACS whichever is more convenient.

Finance is also available for purchases over £ 1,000 ex VAT subject to status and satisfactory credit approval.

Credit accounts or goods sold on credit account are subject to the approval of the owner of McKechnie Marketing. Payment is due on delivery and no later than 14 working days. McKechnie Marketing have full rights of ownership until goods have been paid for. Late payment charges will be applied after 30 days and action to recover debts will be instigated.

Special and Express Deliveries are available on request.

Products are delivered to anywhere in mainland UK.

McK Direct do not deliver outside of the UK.

Deliveries are via courier or Royal Mail.

Deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm the next business day after day of despatch.

On site installations will be charged according to geographic location and quoted direct to customer.

Digital Downloads

Products available by digital download are subject to special terms and conditions

Customer will be sent activation key for software within 24 hours during weekdays, this maybe longer over weekends and Bank Holidays.

Digital downloads are non returnable and non refundable

Order Processing and Despatch Timing

McKechnie Marketing  will send out orders for in-stock goods the same business day (Mon-Fri) so long as you place your order and complete payment by 2pm. After that time we will send goods out the next business day. All orders placed for in-stock goods over weekends and bank holidays will be despatched the next available business day. Goods should arrive the next business day following dispatch..

If your order contains any out-of-stock items then we will deliver your entire order when all the goods are available. McKechnie Marketing  will get the goods for you as soon as possible and normally within 3 business days. If  McKechnie Marketing  anticipate there being a longer delay then we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to give you a delivery estimate. We can't guarantee the delivery schedules from our suppliers, but we do guarantee to keep you informed as best we can.

Returns Policies

If you wish to return something to us please email  [email protected]  and let us know what the situation is. We will issue an RMA number so that we can track the return properly. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging before sending any items back to us.

If you just change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind on a product then you can return it any time within 14 days from the day you receive them. You will have to pay to return the goods to us via an appropriate delivery service, and we won't be able to refund any delivery charges you paid when you bought the goods. If the goods are in perfect, re-saleable condition when we receive them (in the opinion of McKechnie Marketing  ) then we will refund the full amount. If we believe that the goods have been opened, or used, or the packaging is damaged, or contents are missing, then we may not be able to offer a refund and the goods will be available for you to collect again from us. Sometimes we will still be able to offer a partial refund, but we will make an appropriate reduction in the amount we refund to you. This will normally be 20%, but may be higher if packaging is badly damaged or items are missing.

McKechnie Marketing  are a friendly company to deal with, and we will treat you fairly, in a manner any reasonable person would expect to be treated. Please be careful not to break cellophane/tape seals on any product until you are sure it it right for you, as we may not be able to accept returns once products are opened.

If there is a problem with the goods on delivery

If the goods are not as they should be on delivery (including but not limited to; goods are faulty, goods don't match our description, goods are not fit for purpose) then please telephone 0115 888 2900 ond let us know straight away. We will arrange to collect the goods, and inspect them. If the problem is verified, then we will send a replacement product out to you straight away (assuming we have stock).

If you don't report problems with products to McKechnie Marketing within 14 days from the day you receive them then we will assume they are OK, and we will no longer be able to replace products with new ones. Instead, we will deal with any problems under the terms of the manufacturers warranty, and in line with UK consumer law where applicable.

After Sales Support

In the event of you having a problem with your purchase be it technical assistance or reporting a fault. McKechnie Marketing will deal with you in a courteous and fair manner.  This could be in the form of telephone support to resolve the problem, arranging a replacement product and sending support documents to assist you. In the event of on site support a charge maybe applicable and will be discussed with you prior to any work.

The following applies to marketing services purchased from McK Direct:

All services are bespoke and tailored to the customer's requirements.

McK DIrect will fulfil the obligations of each service in a fair manner and endeavour to secure partnership funding to the best of its abilities.

Bespoke services are generally not refundable with the following exceptions:

Completed proposal appraisals and marketing collateral. 

A copywritten proof will be sent to you for approval. Once accepted the product will be deemed as satisfactory and complete.

Partnership Search Service

If you are not happy with our service, one month’s notice in writing is required and a refund will be given less marketing collateral costs and pro rata advertising @ £ 39 per month passed.

McKechnie Marketing will always treat our customers fairly and expect this to be reciprocal.


The Law of Contract

Any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.

You may have other rights granted by law and under the website and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these
